SHIPPING COSTS

All orders placed on our site benefit from free shipping from 25€ / $30 USD / $40 CAD. Below this threshold, a flat fee of €1.90 applies. Shipping costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information at checkout.

All our orders include a tracking number.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are delivered within 8 to 12 business days once your order has been processed.

MISSING ITEM

If your order or part of your order has not been delivered, please wait 24 to 48 additional hours beyond the expected delivery date. After this period, please email us at contact@belle-beaute.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, email us at contact@belle-beaute.com as soon as possible. No cancellation request can be accepted once the order has already been processed.

ADDRESS ERROR

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your delivery address and to contact us promptly for any changes. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will offer a refund deducted from shipping costs, or a reshipment at your choice. You are not eligible for reshipment or refund until the package has been received back by us.

Important note: Hygiene products (wigs, extensions, bonnets) are not returnable. All returns must be authorised by our team before shipment. Contact us at contact@belle-beaute.com to initiate any return request.
